First Choice Fire System, Inc. was founded in 2011 by German Escalante as a corporation specializing in automatic fire protection. In its early days, the company focused primarily on partnering with subcontractors to install fire protection systems in commercial properties. Over time, our skilled workforce has expanded to include NICET-Certified Designers, Project Managers, and administrative professionals. This growth has enabled us to collaborate directly with General Contractors, Developers, and Property Managers/Owners to design and install wet, dry, and pre-action sprinkler systems across commercial buildings in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
